Will you be launching more colors and models?

We are planning to launch in different capsules where we will expand with additional models and colors.
What is your delivery time?
We usually have a delivery time of 3-5 business days within Sweden, and 3-6 business days for international orders. However, during periods of high demand, it might take slightly longer for you to receive your delivery.

How do I make a return?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Normally, we handle your return within a week from the time we have received your product. Once the refund is processed or your invoice is updated, you will receive a notification from Klarna via email or in the app.
Do you offer free returns?
No, for the handling of our return service, we charge a fee of 49 SEK.
Can I exchange my product for a different size?
We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse, so there will be two separate orders. You can read more about how to proceed with an exchange here
I need to make a complaint about a product, how do I proceed?
We always strive to offer smooth returns for defective products. Contact us at info@mareequestrian.com with the order number and pictures of the item you wish to make a complaint about. Normal wear and tear on a product is not considered a complaint..
How are your products in terms of fit and size?

How do I wash my Signature Breeches?
We recommend washing our product at 30°C. Please follow the instructions on the washing label inside the garment.
